this piece traditionally know as a Bhakla, was used as a floor covering for social gatherings such as weddings where people would sit together on the ground
they would vary in length and folded to the size needed for the occasion
it would also double as a blanket as the weight is not too heavy, but dense and warm
these pieces are no longer made; we have just one
seamed with hand stitching down the middle
